The Court granted the settlement final approval on December 13, 2019.
The Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation (“Settlement”) resolves that merchants paid excessive interchange fees when receiving payments through Visa and MasterCard during the period of January 1, 2004, to January 25, 2019.
